The service mechanic did a satisfactory job, as expected. Unfortunately the Service Writer was more concerned with upselling services that are not listed in the GMC maintenance schedule than she was about a Unfortunately the Service Writer was more concerned with upselling services that are not listed in the GMC maintenance schedule than she was about addressing the services I brought my vehicle in for. I was specific about the service I wanted and that I would be waiting at the dealership- she was unable to give me an estimated waiting time while suggesting your advertised basic brake job would an inferior brake job compared to the double the price brake job. I did not appreciate the overbearing attempts to sell additional services not listed in the manual- I can get that treatment at the nearby lube centers and I surely won’t put up with it when I bring my vehicles to Caposio’s for services. I want to continue to have our GMC vehicles serviced by Caposio and I will assuming my next experience will not be the same as my last. Larry Bachmann More
