This was, hands down, the very best buying experience I have ever been a part of! I called at 7pm at night thinking I was going to get an answering machine…Lucy in Finance was working late and she forward have ever been a part of! I called at 7pm at night thinking I was going to get an answering machine…Lucy in Finance was working late and she forwarded my cell to the Sales Manager whom was also in the process of heading home for the evening. Sal Mercado treated me with professionalism and kindness through all my questions. I told him I would have to drive up from Oceanside (90 miles south of the dealership). He refused to allow me to do that and had the Truck delivered to my door the very NEXT MORNING!! Best service I’ve ever received! More
