Waited 2 hours for an oil change ask for an update. Over heard conversation that they never started oil change and that car was forgotten. Came up with an excuse that they were waiting for an oil filte Over heard conversation that they never started oil change and that car was forgotten. Came back an hour later to finish oil change and still waited and extra hour after coming back. Very slow service than before. Used to only take about 45 minutes or less a few years back for oil changes. More

The lady at the front desk Was rude . she also clarified that only one of my tires are broke and when I went to go get my alignment, you guys reset all of my tire sensor so now none of my she also clarified that only one of my tires are broke and when I went to go get my alignment, you guys reset all of my tire sensor so now none of my tire sensors work and in order for all of my tire sensors to work I have to get that one fixed by you guys of course which makes no sense because before I got my wheel alignment on my tires and it was worked except for one and yes, she clarified that for me and that one was broke and they couldn’t reset the other three that they messed up until I got that one fixed More
