I visited your dealership with the intention of purchasing a vehicle for my brother, and everything was proceeding smoothly until a desk manager named Tony intervened. Tony's behavior was extremely unprofessional, rude, and, most disturbingly, racist. His aggravated demeanor and unacceptable comments caused significant distress and ultimately led me to break off the deal. It is disheartening to encounter such conduct, especially in a professional setting where customers expect respect and courtesy. I hope you will address this matter with the seriousness it deserves. I believe that no customer should have to endure the kind of treatment I experienced. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution to ensure this does not happen to anyone else in the future. More
