How to get jacked around on a service appointment! Capital subaru gave us a 9 am appt. For a 3 hour 30k service at 3 pm we finally got our car back. We dropped it off early to pickup later when we got Capital subaru gave us a 9 am appt. For a 3 hour 30k service at 3 pm we finally got our car back. We dropped it off early to pickup later when we got back at 12:30 they hadn't even started on the car. Lots of apologies but this wasn't the first time they did that to us a few months ago we dropped it off for an oil change and went to breakfast came back 2 hours later and that time they hadn't started either! If you go there you have to wait or they'll not start your service! The good news is Valvoline (Oilcan Henry's) will do it faster. I received a message from the new service manager about streamlining there procedures to prevent my experience from happening again! Streamlining wasn't the problem doing what you say you will do was the problem! We've purchased 3 new cars there in 5 years and we were treated as totally unimportant. It will take way more than words to make a believer of me. More

Amazing service! My vehicle was towed to Capitol Chevrolet on a Friday at 10:30 am with understanding it would be looked at first thing Monday morning. An hour later My vehicle was towed to Capitol Chevrolet on a Friday at 10:30 am with understanding it would be looked at first thing Monday morning. Service & Warranty My 2015 Subaru WRX had a slipping clutch. The car had 27K on the odometer. It had 6 months left on the manufacturer warranty and an additional year My 2015 Subaru WRX had a slipping clutch. The car had 27K on the odometer. It had 6 months left on the manufacturer warranty and an additional year and a half left on an extended warranty. Capitol Subaru would not honor either warranty. They estimated the total cost of the repair at approximately 1800$. Additionally, they wanted to charge an additional 105$ to tell me the clutch was slipping. I took the Subaru to CARR Subaru in Beaverton they repaired the vehicle under warranty with no added charges. This is second and last Subaru that I have purchased from this dealership. More
