We opted to to look , test drive, and finally purchase an outback and Andrew helped us every step of the way with no ‘pushy sales’, what a great guy! This certainly wasn’t our first car buying experience but I must say it was by far our best! Kudos to Chris in finance as well , he was a one man show this evening , but despite us being there a bit late he spent the time to cover all the details afforded us through the financing and registration process , even making a last minute change for me to upgrade to different plates. Recall upkeep with my kids Went in to get 2 recalls fixed on my car. Not only was I half hour late because I saved the time wrong, but they graciously welcomed me and were very Went in to get 2 recalls fixed on my car. Not only was I half hour late because I saved the time wrong, but they graciously welcomed me and were very sweet when we arrived. It took about 2.5 hours and with kids, that can be a long wait but the kid room was adorable and kept them entertained almost the whole time. (The snack area kept them happy the other bit) They gave my car a good looking at and told me everything that was wrong with it and priced it all out and everything! The whole place is clean and everyone was so friendly. I will be going back for all of my subie needs! More

Excellent followup review I was into Capitol Subaru today to have a few questions answered. I was met on my way in by Matt who wanted to know if he could help me with my new c I was into Capitol Subaru today to have a few questions answered. I was met on my way in by Matt who wanted to know if he could help me with my new car. I asked for the salesman that had helped me when I bought it and Matt said he wasn't in today. He said he would be glad to help me with what ever I needed. I told him I had been getting e-mails from Subaru Starlink that my system might not be working properly. Matt got Subaru on the line and we were able to come up with a solution. Next, I had gotten some Subaru Wind Deflectors and there was no instructions in the box. Matt went to the office and in no time came out with a complete set of instructions. I also mentioned to him I knew that the Sport Forester came with a tailgate light and the my Touring model didn't have one. He help me with that whole situation also. I then had some more questions in side the car about the switches, gauges, dash lights and how you turned on and off certain features. I had been shown this before but there is so much to learn and remember Matt gave me a very extensive refresher course on all the different screens and functions. Matt spent a couple of hours with me and I am greatly appreciative of his help and his knowledge. I know each function from all the Eyesight features, Lane departure Etc. a lot better now and would recommend if your looking to buy a new Subaru I would highly recommend Matt at Capitol Subaru. More
