It took me 5 weeks and multiple trips to the service center to have my AC fixed. They are full of excuses as to why. They makes promises they have no intention of keeping. I was extremely patient until they promised to return my car on a Friday and pulled back on their word because they forgot to replace my windshield wipers which took all of 5 minutes. I’ve been running on brakes that were told in February would need ti be replaced. When I asked if they could do that as long as they already had my car tied up for 4 days. I was given another excuse as to why they couldn’t. Extremely frustrating experience and will not return to that particular service center. If when my brakes are finally replaced I find out my rotors are worn down too I will be suing! More
