I’ve never bought a new truck before and I didn’t plan on it here. I stopped by capital Ford to check out a used truck and that is where I met Tim and Andy. The standard these two guys set for selling cars should be the model. It was like I was just hanging out with my buddy’s talking about trucks. The other dealers I’ve been to haven’t even come close to Tim and Andy’s customer service and professionalism. They explained to me how the new truck was a better value than the used truck but never once pressured me to buy ether one. They just gave me the information unbiased. I really wasn’t in there to buy a truck at all. Matter of fact I had a meeting to test drive a ram the same morning and I was leaning in that directions. If I had not met Tim and Andy that morning I believe I would have made a mistake and gotten a Ram. Wherever Tim and Andy work in the future for Ford is where I will buy!!! I don’t know how much money Tim and Andy’s dealership made on this truck AND I DON’T CARE!!! Tim and Andy are worth every Penny!!! More
