We were offered $23k for a $45k vehicle that we purchased at the dealership. This was offered by a sarcastic “sales manager” who shoved a kbb sheet in our face and said this is all your car is worth!!! This was all we needed to hear. We went to another dealership....NOT FORD...and traded in the vehicle and received way more than the dealership we purchased it from offered. I would never recommend a car or dealership that they won’t even stand behind! More

Several employees looked unkempt (as in untucked shirt tails, pants below the waist) and unprofessional. While waiting (hours - literally - We waited over 2 hours from the time we returned with a bank check until we were in the back office to sign the title.) to sign the documents to sign over the title of the trade-in vehicle, we had stepped outside. By the front customer entrance, there were approximately 5 employees involved in a heated (though mostly respectful) conversation in reference to race, our current president, and other hot topic current events. Myself, and other customers, were obviously uncomfortable, but it wasn't until another employee stepped over and told them to stop (after at least 20 minutes) that they dispersed. I have no idea about service intervals for my 2017 vehicle, if any. At this point, I've paid $699 for "doc" fees, and to be honest, I don't even know if anyone submitted the paperwork to the DMV to have my tags transferred; I certainly have no proof of it. 10/10, will not be using this Ford dealership again. More
Great experience with Todd McKenney. He was extremely knowledgable about the F250, features and its capabilities. The sales experience compared to others was excellen with Todd McKenney. He was extremely knowledgable about the F250, features and its capabilities. The sales experience compared to others was excellent, fair and was not the typical game everyone dreads at a dealership. Todd was able to find a truck that would meet our needs and went the extra mile during the sales transaction to ensure everything went smoothly. The finance manager was just as fair and competent... having bought many vehicles at various dealerships Capital by far was the best overall. More

Outstanding service at the Service Center Jeff VanLaar and his team always to an outstanding job with service on the Fusion or my F-150. I am a car guy so when I bring my vehicles in for serv Jeff VanLaar and his team always to an outstanding job with service on the Fusion or my F-150. I am a car guy so when I bring my vehicles in for service I know Capital will be my best value. This week I brought the Fusion in for a new battery. Battery tested at the new level and alternator was on spec. Jeff thought maybe someone left something turned on. Could be as we keep our two grandchildren. More

I advised Michael of another problem with my vehicle other than the recall. Michael updated me throughout the day of my repairs. I could not have gotten any better service. All were professional, customer-oriented individuals. No one works on my vehicle but Capital Ford. More
