Came in for routine work. Turned out I had a problem with my Airbags. Patrick spotted the issue and reported it to the service team who were able to diagnose the problem and offer me a solution. I have been using Capital Ford for service on my 1994 Mazda for @ 2 years. 95% of the time the service & work are top notch. When something is not a 100% they try to make it right. I brought my 2013 Escape in on Saturday, September 28, 2013 to get a new key (replacement) and to have it programmed to the car. I had received a phone call from the Carson City, NV Ford dealer 3 days e 2013 to get a new key (replacement) and to have it programmed to the car. I had received a phone call from the Carson City, NV Ford dealer 3 days earlier to "come in anytime" to have this accomplished. I checked online to see the working hours and was pleased to see the service dept was open Saturday's from 8-5pm. Well that is not the case. I was rudely dealt with (along with yet another customer who needed the same issue addressed) by the only service tech on site. He acted as if it was my fault that I didn't know he was the only one there in service and that his only mechanic on site that day had "no idea" how to program a car key. He even went so far as to tell the lady next to me that we should come in during the week, even if we work 30 miles away from Monday through Friday. His suggestion was that "perhaps we take a half day off". This service person needs a 30 day training course on how to be friendly, helpful, and customer experience oriented. My experience with him and his attitude were a "F". So, if you advertise great service, open service hours on Saturdays, and want any business of mine in the future - then do what you say and have some integrity along the way. More
