Take the trip to Carson. I have been driving a 2011 Chevy Avalanche and getting just 17.2 MPG. The time came that I wanted to get a more economical car. I have looked at ma I have been driving a 2011 Chevy Avalanche and getting just 17.2 MPG. The time came that I wanted to get a more economical car. I have looked at many and just recently finished reading American Icon and considered Ford. I read the reviews and landed on the Fusion Hybrid. The overall cost of the car is important to me as I knew that I owed more on my truck than a dealer would give me. I looked at Jones West Ford in Reno as that is where I live and the Fusion SE models with them started at $40K. That didn't come with much in it. The model I really liked was the Titanium and that was about $44K at Jones West Ford. That was out of my price range and not worth the effort of a trading in my truck because even the savings in gas couldn't cover the cost of my new car payment. I did a search within 100 miles of Reno for other Ford dealers to see if this was the average price for a Fusion Hybrid. It turns out that Capital Ford had a Fusion SE for $29K less $1500 in rebates. Score this was what I was willing to pay for. I went down to Carson after work and met Isaiah. We looked at several models of the Fusion Hybrid ranging in price from $29K up to $35K. We took one for a drive and I knew this was the car for me. It handles amazingly, the interior is beautiful, and it is techy enough to keep me reading the manual for days. Now which one to buy. I settled on an SE model fully loaded for around $33K, they ran the numbers and came back with a monthly payment that was in line with what I was paying on my Avalanche. All that gas savings was going to go directly to my savings account. With my background in Finance I knew my credit score and that if I went from the SE to the Titanium model which was only another $2000 my payment would only go up about $15 dollars a month but I would have the top of the line model with all accessories except for the Driver assist which I didn't want. In the end I now own the Fusion Titanium Hybrid that I wanted with a payment that was only $15 more per month and they worked to get my rate low enough on the loan that I was able to get the extended warranty as well. Capital Ford was a great team to work with no pressure and I was able to negotiate for exactly what I wanted. By the way love, love, love my new car. Getting 48.5 MPG now and saving well over $150 per month on just gas. Thanks Capital Ford for great service, an amazing price compared to Jones West Ford and for a Great car. More

The other three Ford dealers never seemed to have many on the lot and wanted me to order one sight unseen. I would visit your dealership to view new cars and ordered one from the Fallon auto mall because I had done business with them for twelve years. I am completely satisfied and we will see how the servicing goes. I did enjoy the drive and servicing in Fallon. More
I brought my Sonata in to check my brake light. I was to leave the next week for a 15 day cruise. I had a coupon for an oil change and service so I was very happy to find upon my return that my bill was about a third of what I thought it might be and my Sonata was running beautifully. I have a 2012 Hyundai Elantra and was having trouble with the Bluetooth. The Bluetooth would not connect sometimes with in coming calls. We thought the problems might be my phone as it is an older model, but when we purchased the car the flip phone did download into the phone book. The technicians tried other phones in the head but they did not store the phone book either. The head was replaced and it is now working properly, even with my old flip phone! I appreciate Robert Gilder and Sean for taking time to find what was wrong with my unit. Every time I have taken my car for maintenance or have questions Robert has always been able to solve the problems and is always very courteous.
