A visit to this dealer for a heater core leak in our Ford Taurus became a nightmare. We brought the vehicle to the service Dept. and explained the problem. The vehicle was left and the next day we were called that the vehicle was ready. When we brought the car home, the core was leaking more than when the car was left at the dealer. The vehicle was returned only to be threatened by the service personal. I was asked to step outside and he would settle the matter in the street. When the incident was reported to the owner, it was ignorred. The matter was also reported to the Ford Motor Co. and they said they would take care of the problem. I am not the only person in the Carson area that has trouble with this dealership. I now go to Reno where I am treated like a customer. I purchased my Ford F-350 in Lodi, Ca and never had a problem.
