I have always found the facility delightful and personnel friendly and helpful, I had called about a growing concern about a slow tire leak that was becoming not so slow. The scheduling and obtaining of my oil change and tire rotation was convenient. I don’t know who i initially spoke with to schedule but i would have appreciated being told in advance that i had pickup and rotation was convenient. We had a wonderful experience at Capital Ford of Wilmington. Our sales person was Robert George and he was amazing.
