Terrible service! ! They scratched my wheel and center cap and broke the emblem while replacing a wheel bearing. Left me to find the damage. Also didn’t put brake lines ! I showed my service advisor she took pics still havent heard from them all day. All she said when I showed her was what are you looking for? Like I was to blame. I brought my truck in for repair not damages. I basically paid to get my truck damaged. I would have left 0 stars but wasn’t able to. It seems like whoever worked on my truck was careless and didn’t have any concern for damage being done. I’ve changed the bearing before myself and not damaged anything. I go to Ford and the wheel cap is broke and scratch from the impact wrench and wheel has scrapes/scuffs on it. More
