I was having 2 minor problems with my 2015 MKX and I wanted get diagnostics run on these problems. I had talked to Mike and he set up my visit with test to be done. The problem with backup camera was as expected, defective camera. My change out at later date. The cost of approximately $700.00 is more than expected or worth to me at present. May want to buy a newer suv. The second one regarding sound system, DSP Module did not get a hard failure which is how it plays. The item number given is not for a Lincoln item, just a charge number for when you order one from manufacturer. Therefore I could not see if there were any used one that could be installed. At present, the new cost of $788.59 plus labor is not worth the short time it does not work well. Will wait for hard failure and fix or trade cars. The diagnostics on the camera was good, but the radio was not as good as I expected, but may be as good as the tools the shop has. My many years working with Electronic instruments I would expect more info. Regards More

The service dept is top shelf, Judith Baird the service manager knows the vehicles inside and out. I had some computer concerns and her team got to it right away, offered me a loaner. Caty my service adviser took the time to goand reset all my iphone and Ford service apps back to my old settings. People just don't seem to take the time that they do at Capitol Ford, any more they really care about the customer being 100% satisfied. I only wish I could say that about other service outlets... I put it off for years in fear of having my panels damaged. They are unique to the car, autographed and cannot be replaced. I made a call to Service director Nick Chinn and explained my dilemma. Not only was he sympathetic and understanding but scheduled an appointment to my home in Hampstead promising to be there in person with one of his best experienced technicians "Matty". Unheard of customer service these days. I was not let down; they were prompt and preformed the replacement flawlessly. I highly recommend Capital Ford of Wilmington NC. for all your automotive needs.
