People just don't seem to take the time that they do at Capitol Ford, any more they really care about the customer being 100% satisfied. I only wish I could say that about other service outlets... This is my first experience with Capital Ford of Wilmington NC. I have a collectible Mustang of which only 500 were produced. It was in need of an airbag recall fix. I put it off for years in fear of having my panels damaged. They are unique to the car, autographed and cannot be replaced. I made a call to Service director Nick Chinn and explained my dilemma. Not only was he sympathetic and understanding but scheduled an appointment to my home in Hampstead promising to be there in person with one of his best experienced technicians "Matty". Unheard of customer service these days. I was not let down; they were prompt and preformed the replacement flawlessly. I highly recommend Capital Ford of Wilmington NC. for all your automotive needs.
