Capital Ford of Wilmington responded

Good afternoon Ms. Mullins. I am not sure what you were promised that was not delivered. You asked that we diagnose your vehicle, which we did for the quoted diagnostic fee, and notified you the cause of your issue was due to internal failure of the transmission. We quoted the repair and you declined. Contractually speaking, we provided what you requested at the pre-approved pricing. I recall that when you were picking up you inquired about us submitting a claim to your newly purchased extended warranty on a new repair order, which my advisor indicated we could not do, because the issue was a pre-existing condition. I hope that is not the genesis for this review. I am sorry that you were not satisfied with the service you received.
