Good afternoon Tristen. I believe perhaps there may have been a misunderstanding or miscommunication regarding your vehicle. Our technician extracted a broken spark plug, and installed a new spark plug, ignition coil, and PCV line that you supplied. There is a note on the ticket from the technician that the low oil pressure light was on. Our service advisor indicated she reached out and notified you, and you indicated you were aware of the issue and had already bought the part to fix it. There was no discussion about us installing the oil pressure sensor for you, until you came to pick up the car and indicated you did not have the tools to do the job. I definitely think we should have asked if you wanted the work done ahead of you coming to pick up. I am happy to hear that my technician stayed late to install the oil pressure sensor upon your request. I do apologize this service visit did not go as smoothly as it should have, and we will work to improve. Thank you for your business and the opportunity to serve you!
