Everyone polite especially the guys outside checking in the cars. Always got an update. Asked for rental but they did not seem to know about my fleet coverage for that. Was told if they had it more than a the cars. Always got an update. Asked for rental but they did not seem to know about my fleet coverage for that. Was told if they had it more than a day they would check on it. The car was there 4 days. Was notified it again and I just didn't bother to ask again. Came in with damage to the right front bumper, no missing parts to my car. Left dealership with missing a handful of parts of my door & other pieces from under my hood. Took 3 months & several trips from lea parts to my car. Left dealership with missing a handful of parts of my door & other pieces from under my hood. Took 3 months & several trips from leaving the dealership to having the miscellaneous parts ordered (don't know what happened to the perfectly good ones that the car came to the dealership with) & finally having them replaced. Absolutely ZERO quality control. More
