Slow shop work. Mike Kulic did a good job but could not get the shop to meet the estimated (1 to 1.5 hours) schedule to complete the work - a replacement key and a N Mike Kulic did a good job but could not get the shop to meet the estimated (1 to 1.5 hours) schedule to complete the work - a replacement key and a NC required safety check. The work was not completed until about 3 hours and I had to go to the Ford dealership to get my replacement key finished. Did that today and now the job is all done. More

I constantly had to follow up and ask details regarding the status of my vehicle. There was very little communication the entire time my car was being repaired.
