Good morning Mr. Satterfield. Jeff Grundy notified me that he spoke with you about your previous visit. I understand there was a small wooden figurine that was missing from your vehicle, and you felt it may have accidentally been thrown away when we took the protective plastic out of your vehicle. I was checking in to see if you ever located it? I thought perhaps it may have been knocked to the floor, and rolled under a seat, etc. My check crew that would have handled your vehicle have all been here for some time, and I've had no issues with items going missing, so I assume this was accidental.
