I had a problem with my brand new f-150. I started having issues with the AC two days after I bought it. Here we are almost a month later. Long story short there isn’t a repair for the AC. Doug Barbor the owner of Capital Ford in Wilmington came out to talk to me about the problem. He didn’t feel it was right for me to loose money on a brand new truck. Or make me drive around in a hot truck. He is going to make Ford buy my truck back from me. This is in my humble opinion the RIGHT way to run a business. I’m extremely satisfied with capital ford. Everyone from Doug Watkins who sold me the vehicle to Jeff the service advisor. And especially Mr. Barbor the owner. This is how you run a business. Thank you to the whole capital ford family. This is the fifth F-150 I’ve bought from them. And the very first problem I’ve had with an F-150. I’ve bought in total six vehicles from them. And will be their customer until I die.
