Let me start by saying Judith is amazing. She had always taken care of my son. She scheduled him a 1:30 appointment for a basic oil change. Nathan informed them he didn't need a rotation and She had always taken care of my son. She scheduled him a 1:30 appointment for a basic oil change. Nathan informed them he didn't need a rotation and was told there is no charge as it is included with the oil change. It took a bit longer than expected for an oil change, but that is ok. When Nathan got the bill it was $127. I try and support the car dealers versus the oil change shops but $127 for a basic pill changes is ludicrous. If that is the standard oil change rate, we won't be back for that. More
