When I purchased my new CRV in January 2022, the salesman implied that the window tinting, alarm system and the clear bra were already installed on the vehicle and I didn't have a choice but to pay for those implied that the window tinting, alarm system and the clear bra were already installed on the vehicle and I didn't have a choice but to pay for those items if I wanted that car. So I did. I found out after the paperwork was done that they items weren't installed and I could have refused them. I spoke to someone at the dealership and they said there was nothing they could do since I'd already done the paperwork. I finally agreed to the window tinting and alarm, but I didn't want the clear bra installed and wanted a refund or a reduced loan. The dealership has refused to speak to me about this issue since then. I've called and left several emails and have received no response. I did get a response on a YELP review I left with a name and a phone number from someone at the dealership that said to call him to work it out. I called several times, left messages, and received no response. They lie or at the very least sneak in items and imply that you have to have them, when that's not true. Buyer beware. More

First off, BEST new car purchase experience of my (long) life! We walked in, bought a new CR-V for only MSRP, there were NO extra add-ons, NO market adjustment, NO haggling. It was like buying any other ite life! We walked in, bought a new CR-V for only MSRP, there were NO extra add-ons, NO market adjustment, NO haggling. It was like buying any other item at any retail store. The salesman, Chad, was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful; we told him exactly what we wanted; he pulled that car up on his computer to verify MSRP, and it arrived at Capitol City Honda in two days. Every dealership we visited or contacted had sizable mark-ups or numerous costly mandatory add-ons. The process was courteous yet efficient; even the General Manager stopped by the sales desk and thanked us for our purchase. I swear! I have never had this kind of service when buying a new car. If anyone is uncomfortable with buying a new car, you have got to try this place. More
I helped my daughter purchase a 2015 Honda Civic from here in 2020 and they tried to ask for and run my daughters and my credit even though they were told numerous times we were paying cash. After having her car for about 2 weeks or so I found that the plug for the transmission fill and check was loose and falling out, as well as a belt needed replaced and some other thing. When I went in and brought this to there attention they didn’t care and I had to purchase all items new without a discount or anything even though they should have caught it upon inspection. I called around 10am about a month ago about a vehicle that was listed online for sale and was told it was available and that they would see what they could do on the price and call me back. After around 2 hrs I called back trying to check on it and after around 5 minutes waiting on the phone the person came back on and said he found who I had talked to and that person would call me back shortly as they were still trying to get answers. Again after 2-3 more hrs I called back asking what was going on to wait again about 10 minutes to find out that the car had been sold. Today I called yet again trying to find out about another car’s availability and what the best price out the door would be. After around 10-15 min on the phone the guy tells me yes it’s still available but that he would have to see about the price and call me back then slammed the phone down on my ear. Again after around 2-3 hrs I took it upon myself to drive in and check on the car. A sales man came to try to help me and after telling him what had happened he said he was going to get the keys and check on the price. After around 5-10 min he came back telling me the car had been sold and he was sorry and asked for my phone number to try to lookup who I spoke which earlier however the person didn’t input my info in the see you soon. He then tried to get me to look at other brands of cars witch I’m not interested in so I left. I will never go back to this dealer even if that meant I had to drive 2-3 hrs to a dealership.
