They over book their appointments, but the staff was friendly and helpful. I found out at 5 pm when I called the part needed they didn't have. I spoke to rep at 11 am. They kept car overnight. Had my Ridgeline serviced at dealership. Oil change and rear end differential fluid exchange. Next day large oil stain on new driveway. Had to return to dealership and spent 2 hours waitin Oil change and rear end differential fluid exchange. Next day large oil stain on new driveway. Had to return to dealership and spent 2 hours waiting for cleanup and new change. I was informed oil drainage bolt was not tightened and was the cause of the leak. Thankfully I wasn't planning to take the truck for a long trip. I would of lost my engine if the loose bolt would of fell out. If the dealership can't perform the most basic repair why spend the extra money. I wasn't even offered compensation and had to request at the minimum a free oil change. More
