Some dealership service departments I’ve been to in the past are full of career script readers and hyped-up coke-heads, smacking their gum as they try to upsell you on all types of product services. Not the case at Capitol City Honda. Complimentary doughnuts, bottled water, and coffee for those who choose to wait while their vehicle is worked on. The waiting area can easily accommodate 30 people in large comfortable leather chairs. The bathrooms are sparkling clean, as they should be! And one final shout out to the person or people creating their online deals. Their promotional coupons are the best in the business, like a full synthetic oil change with new filter for $50 after 1:00 pm on weekdays! More

The whole process was seamless for scheduling my vehicle's service appointment. The staff at the dealership are great. They said the service would take two hours, but it was finished in an hour! The service advisors are always friendly, quick, and genuinely concerned when explaining any issues I’m having or answering general questions. I drive 30 minutes just to come to this location because I’ genuinely concerned when explaining any issues I’m having or answering general questions. I drive 30 minutes just to come to this location because I’ve had bad experiences with the dealership closer to my home, and I’ve never received anywhere near the level of customer care that this location provides.
