Warning, please read before going to this dealer. My husband and I bought a brand new Honda Odyssey in the fall of 2025. We paid cash for our vehicle and this was the first time we have ever been able to do that. After about a month of driving the vehicle, we noticed it was running rough and not shifting smoothly. My husband has worked on cars his whole life so of course he checks all the things you should check and notices oil leaking from the engine. We immediately took it back to Honda, and rightfully so we were pretty upset about the fact that we had a brand new vehicle only about a month in and it was already leaking oil. We were hoping that Honda could resolve it, they insisted that they attempt to fix it. They put an entire brand new motor in a brand new vehicle. After the brand new engine, it continued to run rough, it redlined me on the freeway with the transmission not shifting down, and then we noticed oil on our garage floor once again. We took it back into Capitol City Honda and they said that they "did not find a leak." We brought it home, my husband inspected it and once again there was oil under the car and on our garage floor. My husband at this point was very upset and at this point Capital City Honda basically just didn't want to deal with us anymore so they told him to never come back. My husband elevated the situation and sent in a request to have the oil changed as we are supposed to be going on a road trip this summer. He was told to take it to interstate Honda (as Capitol City told him to never come back). My husband went to interstate Honda and was met with the regional manager, Louise. The regional manager, Louise stated that there was "seepage of oil", what is the difference between seepage and leakage? My husband called him out on this and said so it's leaking oil, instantly the regional manager got visibly upset with him turn to his underwriter and stated to not document any report of the seepage or leak. He falsified our service report document. He lied on a document and literally said it right in front of my husband's face. The regional manager then went on to say "never come back to any of MY dealerships." Unfortunately, now my husband and I are left without our money and we have a brand new Honda vehicle that is still leaking oil and runs extremely rough. To say that we are upset would be an understatement. This has taken time away from our family, it has caused so much stress, we have been back and forth with the dealership,managers, regional, corporate etc. This should have never happened and Honda should have made this right from the very beginning as we had a brand new vehicle leaking oil. We are honestly taken back by the lack of honesty, integrity and poor business of this dealership. My husband and I just feel for the people out there who don't know much about mechanical issues and who would just probably let this go and then would end up in a year with a blown up motor or something. Again, I write this as my husband and I are honest people, we try to do the right thing in all aspects of our lives and I just would never want this happening to anyone. More

This dealership ONLY cares about getting their money and that’s it. We purchased a brand new Honda Civic and after only 6k miles on it, it was totaled. After a ton of back and fourths with insurance and this dealership, we were finally able to come and retrieve our important items only to be met with disrespect and ignorance. The reason for this back and fourth was due to Capitol City Honda dropping our calls repeatedly after being on hold for at least 20 minutes. The day that we came to get our personal items it was raining and the back window had been shattered in the crash. The dealership didn’t even attempt to cover the exposed window nor did they even know where the car was located for the longest. After explaining our situation to the Service Director Rich Russo he stated that it wasn’t his responsibility to take care of a customers car. We were kind and respectful but only met with rude workers and a lack of care. Once you purchase a car, all care goes out the window. DO NOT BUY FROM CAPITOL CITY HONDA! More
Gianni was persistent to meet my needs. His persistency never crossed line. What I appreciated him the most was his transparency in his offers, numbers, promotions and interest rates. He was not afraid to be turned down, and honestly spoke for what he could do and what he could not. He genuinely was very stable personal. I turned him down many times because I thought I was very sure I wanted to buy another car at a different dealership. But he kept reaching out to give different offerings that were pretty attractive. Unexpectedly initial deal didn’t work out, and I ended up renting a car for two hours to drive down to Capital City Dealership. It was totally worth the money and time because Gianni just does not waste time type of sales person. When I arrived at the dealership, I was assisted by Fillip. I did not know Giannie was very sick throughout our comminication. I couldn’t believe his work ethics. Fillip went through all the details with me as I was going down the list for double checking my communications with Gianni. It could have been irritating for him. But instead, he was patient and kindly shared so much insights with me. There’s more! Who would have thought talking to a finance manager would be a pleasure? Usually all the non-sense in car-talk and finance headache are done during the time. But Matt was very patient, and went through different service options and what they mean in normal English language. Capital City has the great teamwork. They were still helping me and filling me in with other car related insights even a few days after I made my purchase. Never experienced such a great teamwork. Never met a sales person who does not waste time. You’ll regret if you don’t start at this dealership when looking for a car. I strongly recommend it. This is my true review. More

Their sales person Peter Chao was amazing! He made sure we were well taken care of and went above and beyond to get us into a new car.
