We bought a used car there. Nice car and a good price. But it took more than a week to get the charging cable they promised to send the next day. Poor communication. After a horrible experience at Future Honda, I sent emails to 5 regional dealers asking for their best quote on a new CR-V. We knew we wanted to be OTD between 40-41k. Within an hour, Rebbeca at Cap Ci emails to 5 regional dealers asking for their best quote on a new CR-V. We knew we wanted to be OTD between 40-41k. Within an hour, Rebbeca at Cap City emailed me a quote through their acceleride app and it was right where we wanted it. We could have bought it right then, online. But we called, got another $500 by dropping an included protection service and wanted to go in and test drive before we paid for it. Made an appointment for that afternoon and after a drive and significant wait to fill out the paperwork, we had our new CR-V. Couldn't have been easier. All other dealers did not give an online quote and instead texted often to see when we could come in and talk. Great experience, here. Can't speak to their service, but sales was great! More
