Brought Honda 2020 Accord Sport for oil change and rear brake change on September 17th. They gave me car back with squeaky brakes, sounds like plane landing when I break. I took it back 30 seconds later, they said it was brake covers and removed them, but car was still squeaking. Today I looked at car rotors and they’re damaged. Now I have to get brakes fixed and rotors. Going to different place, will never go back to Capital City Honda. - Talked to Manager (Sep 22nd), they said they had faulty machine, but that they have discontinued using it, and are refunding the money so that sounds fair, updating my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.
