Internet Sales Luke Valine was a knowledgeable, fast, and easy guy to work with. Unfortunately not the Finance manager. Don’t know how the paperwork got messed up from the agreed monthly payment, but he tr easy guy to work with. Unfortunately not the Finance manager. He had to get another finance manager in there and try to fix it in the computer but couldn’t, so he takes off. He comes back with new paperwork, and i try asking if everything is ok, he said yes. When he try to have me sign the contract he scrolled through the iPad really fast to the bottom and said sign on the bottom. I scrolled back to the top and looked at the monthly payment and asked why the monthly go up a couple of dollars and he had the nerve to say it’s only a couple of dollars, you’re not going to let the deal break, are you. And said ALL agreed numbers are “ONLY” estimates. I asked, why don’t you drop the agreed monthly payments a couple of dollars?! But my wife still had me sign, happy wife, happy life. More
