I recently purchased a new vehicle here. At no time did I feel pushed or pressured. At one point I was only a few signatures away from completion of the purchase, and an unexpected problem came up (from my side) that resulted in me taking up way too much time in the back office. Even then, Jeff was remarkably patient, professional, and non-hostile about the situation. Considering that I was just a walk-in with no appointment, I think they accommodated me pretty well, from the start all the way to end. The only possible negative is that I didn't see any lids for the free coffee so, out of an abundance of caution, I poured it out prior to the test drive. Sad times for that coffee that didn't have the opportunity to be enjoyed. Your mileage may vary, but everyone that I encountered was helpful and professional. This is my first Honda, so I can't yet speak to the ownership experience. But within the scope of the shopping/buying experience alone, if I needed another Honda, I would almost certainly come back here first. More
