As a policy we prioritize appointments over walk-ins, but never turn walk-ins away, however recently we have noticed that our check-in procedure had become a little disorganized and we have introduced a new process including 2 additional greeters with check-in capabilities that should make things much smoother and orderly. Our goal is to get customers checked in within 5 minutes of their appointment time, Arriving earlier than your appointment time doesn't ensure a faster check-in because the schedule is tight. We are adding technicians so we can better serve our clients and be respectful of your time.
