Since it was so hot today (105) I waited just inside the door to the dealership and China did not see me. When I made the appointment I selected the coupon rate ($69.95) and associated appointment time (after 1:00pm) and was disappointed when the estimated cost showed the non discounted price. China was good enough to adjust the cost for me. The web site should track that a reduced price was selected for the service and not require the service tech to make an adjustment or require the customer to show the dealers web site that contains the service special that the tech already know about. More

My service advisor, Scott, was very thorough and explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. Today I made an appt for an oil change at 7:45. I arrive at 7:35. I wasn’t checked in until probably 7:50. I was told my car would be ready at 9:30. Are you kidding me? The people that work here are helpful but I have had many experiences where things are not communicated clearly. The wait time is always way longer.
