As a policy we prioritize appointments over walk-ins, but never turn walk-ins away, however recently we have noticed that our check-in procedure had become a little disorganized and we have introduced a new process including 2 additional greeters with check-in capabilities that should make things much smoother and orderly. Our goal is to get customers checked in within 5 minutes of their appointment time, Arriving earlier than your appointment time doesn't ensure a faster check-in because the schedule is tight. We are adding technicians so we can better serve our clients and be respectful of your time. The goal is to have you in and out in 60-90 minutes for a basic oil change, hopefully you will return for your next scheduled service so we can demonstrate our progress.
