I’m still adjusting to its recent buyout by Capital City Honda. I like the guys who have been my service managers through the years who stayed on. Alyssa today was great checking us in. I was impressed with her knowledge when chatting with my boyfriend re a timing belt that my HRV doesn’t have! I was disappointed when I never heard from her when my car was done. I initiated a phone call, sat holding for a long time and then spoke with someone who could update me. She was going to let Alyssa know that we arriving for pickup. We sat for an hour, not hearing anything. Finally I went to a cashier and asked if Alyssa had turned in paperwork. It turns out she had. The cashier quickly finalized things and called for my car. We didn’t wait long for it. A nice guy instructed me in how to leave. I liked that the final payment was less than the estimate! It seems to run well! Thank you. More

Since it was so hot today (105) I waited just inside the door to the dealership and China did not see me. When I made the appointment I selected the coupon rate ($69.95) and associated appointment time (after 1:00pm) and was disappointed when the estimated cost showed the non discounted price. China was good enough to adjust the cost for me. The web site should track that a reduced price was selected for the service and not require the service tech to make an adjustment or require the customer to show the dealers web site that contains the service special that the tech already know about. More

My service advisor, Scott, was very thorough and explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions.
