When my car was returned after my oil change, my door handle and other places on the exterior of my car were in oil. When I opened the door, I saw oil stains on the console, dashboard, door, and steering handle and other places on the exterior of my car were in oil. When I opened the door, I saw oil stains on the console, dashboard, door, and steering wheel. I asked an employee to give me a rag and had to wipe all those spots. Usually, on different dealership service they put plastic on the seat and floor to protect from dirt, and I didn’t have problems with the oil stains, but here I was upset that the job was done dirty. I hope to receive compensation for my dissatisfaction. More

I would like you to be aware of the situation that occurred yesterday August 21 2023 at your dealership. There was a particular vehicle I was looking at stock #7L032603. It is a 2007 Honda Civic EX, your sticker indicated it had an included warranty (see attached), however when I noticed an oil leak from the engine and trans your sales department quickly removed the warranty as an error and said that the car is going to be sold "as is." I find it disturbing that a dealership would try to sell a used vehicle knowing it is leaking oil. They also told me they were not going to fix the car....so the deal was lost. I felt like the tactics were manipulating and deceitful. I had every intention on purchasing that car that day, but now your dealership just left a bad tasting my mouth. Best of luck, I will be posting this experience to all the know social media and review web pages. More
