I was not completely committed to purchasing a new Passat when I met with Bill to test drive the Passat TDI premium model. Bill let my family and I take the test model for as long as we needed to check it ou when I met with Bill to test drive the Passat TDI premium model. He was very patient with our deliberation over which model Passat was affordable for us, offering various options. We ended up purchasing the premium model, a choice we are very happy with. I had to return to the service department a few days after picking the car up because the test engine light came on. Bill let me take a loaner car back to work, and my new car was ready to go later that afternoon, problem fixed. Overall, this has been a terrific experience with a vehicle purchase. More
