I will start by saying my daughter has been doing business with this dealership for almost 20 years! She has been extremely happy with the service that she receives over and over again! They let me tell them what was important to me. walked me through questions to help me with my decision. I was not sure what I wanted when I walked in. I had been to a number of other dealerships and no one impressed me like cap cities! I was even picked up by them to bring me to the dealership the day I wanted to take delivery (my daughter had to work the day I wanted my new car). they have checked in to make sure I like the car and have no questions. Was a regular customer since '80 - currently have an '10 - '12 golf - have bought 15 cars from this dealership - they screwed up service while the '10 car was under warranty, 2nd. visit and another screw-up - '12 golf - have bought 15 cars from this dealership - they screwed up service while the '10 car was under warranty, 2nd. visit and another screw-up - complained and service manager said would fix issues at next visit - next visit then want $200 to fix there screw-up and they said that they are doing me a favor !
