I have bought the extra warranty with the vehicle I was asking Fred he said that I have to put deposit for repair not free he should not talk to customer that way that's a reason why I don't want to come back to Capistrano VW I always bring my car to your dealer for service since I had that kind of treatment it really disappointed me that was very rude answer to customer. Capistrano Volkswagen never disappoints. Excellent from sales to service. Car was in for 20 miles service and all was done perfectly. Two years ago, I was in Huntington Beach at my mom’s house and decided to get an oil change at the nearby VW dealership. The experience was awful. The service was not professional like at Capistrano V house and decided to get an oil change at the nearby VW dealership. The experience was awful.
