I bought my Beetle here in 2016 from Buddy! Best car buying experience ever! We moved to Yorba Linda for a few years and went to the Garden Grove Volkswagen. Honest advise, which I appreciate, and even looked for coupons I could use for my service. Washed my car and vacuumed the inside as well. Love this place! More

When I asked what steps are being taken to ensure safety given the pandemic, he said "We're a COVID friendly environment." Idiotic response. 3) Separately, my car needed tire alignment and that cost over $200 for alignment?? That seems way higher than usual. I may try the Irvine location next time. 4) The Uber / Lyft service is good. 5) James and the lady at the front are the saving grace, and only reason I would return. 6) I brought my car in month's ago for a diagnostic issue that turned out to be the heater. I told them THEN that my A/C had issues, and they (Fred) did nothing to fix that. So I had to pay another $50 co-payment this visit for something that should have been fixed last visit More
