From the moment we stepped into the center, we were treated as royalty. Immediately we were offered something to drink and a fantastic center to rest while our car was serviced. This wonderful man approached me and introduced himself as Ray Hatcher. He showed me the new cars and I informed him that I was only having my car serviced. Needless did I realize that the new Atlas on the showroom floor spoke to me, there was my dream SUV. The rest is history, and I found my family at Valley Volkswagen forever. Transparency at it's finest I am a planner and communicator. I started a conversation with Valley VW via email about a week before I was ready to come to the dealership. I was very open about my wants and desires, and what I was bringing to the table in regards to trade. I sent the first email around 6:30 a.m. Within the hour I had a very detailed response from sales manager Bruce Myers. More communication ensued and I set an appointment with salesperson Ray Hatcher. I received an email one hour before the appointment just to make sure everything was go. Upon arrival I was greeted by both Ray and Bruce. I have never been treated so we'll in a new car buying experience, and the offer I received I was extremely pleased with-no games! We drive away with our new vehicle, COMPLETELY satisfied with the experience! I would reccomended them again and again!! More
