Aside from taking awhile, since it seems they were extremely busy, my experience with the transaction has been excellent.. This is my second GTI. I had no reason to trade in my 2010 GTI, which was a great vehicle, except after reading all the superlatives about the 2015 GTI in all the car magazines, I was motivated to "move up". My initial reaction is that it is everything the car mags say. More
My wife and I moved to the Shenandoah Valley last summer, hopefully our last move and I immediately set out to find a reliable VW dealership. At that time my wife was driving a 2010 VW Golf and I had a 2012 hopefully our last move and I immediately set out to find a reliable VW dealership. At that time my wife was driving a 2010 VW Golf and I had a 2012 Toyota Tocoma 4X4 Crew Cab. Both of us felt like the Golf was the best vehicle we had ever purchased ie: reliability, seat comfort, interior detail, road noise, etc., but the town we moved from did not have a VW dealership which is why I was driving a Toyota. After dealing with Valley VW, meeting Brandon and Tim and doing service business with Darryl, Brian and Heidi, I immediately traded my four month old Toyota on a Tiguan SEL 4 Motion and have never looked back! Valley VW will leave no stone unturned to make a deal and a friend and their service department continuously strives to insure your trust. I've been buying cars for over forty years and lived all over the country. Folks, where car dealers are concerned, Valley VW is a good as it gets... Aloha! More
I will never go back there, they make promises to fix issues to sell you the car and make appointments to fix your car keep it for a week and when you pick your car up it is still not fixed. Great customer service, and very friendly staff. I always feel like they know what they're doing and that my car is in good hands. And considering the number of times I see them, they are simply the best! Es feel like they know what they're doing and that my car is in good hands.
