Got what I wanted! I went there with the numbers and options in hand. Got exactly what I wanted. Amanda gave us our numbers quickly and we were in and out quickly. Marty was helpful with giving us information on what accessories are currently available. Full training on our vehicle was given by Ray, easily understood. VW credit was easy to deal with, as usual. Interest rate was fair. Service department members are great, fun to talk to. Our test drive was about us and learning the 2018 Tiguan. Walked out with 2 free hats from VW. The vehicle itself is perfect. Exactly what we needed. As in my previous experience, the leasing experience was very pleasant and professional. Ray and Todd helped me find the right vehicle at the right price, and Ray took the time to set me up with my new vehicle and answer all my questions I had. As before, the leasing experience was efficient but I never felt rushed or pressured. I highly recommend. More
