They were quick to respond to me internet inquiry and more than willing to entertain my inquiries and requests over the course of a week to get to a good deal. I talked to a lot of dealerships across the East Coast looking for a Touareg, and the Valley Team provided the absolute best experience out of them all. They even picked me up from the Amtrak station in Charlottesville when I came to get the car! Make the trip to Staunton to see these folks - you won’t regret it! Honest /On My Side Ray Hatchel sold me a 2018 VW Jetta. I was recently TBoned so I was extremely concerned about getting a car with excellent safety ratings. Ray showed me all of my options and was knowledgeable about many different cars and models. Being a single woman buying a car can be a scary experience. I was convinced that Ray had my best interests in mind. He was honest and tried to get me the best deal possible. He gave me individualized attention. He didn't take cell phone calls or try to wait on other customers at the same time he was helping me. He was not a pushy or high pressure sales person. Customer service done right! Unfortunately, my car was part of the diesel settlement, and I had scheduled to return my car to a dealership that was 9 miles from my home. Unfortuna Unfortunately, my car was part of the diesel settlement, and I had scheduled to return my car to a dealership that was 9 miles from my home. Unfortunately again, I received an email that my appointment had to be rescheduled because dealerships were given the option to opt out of taking cars back and the one close to me (First Team VW) opted out. This change in the program resulted in me having to drive over 100 miles to Staunton to complete this transaction and this could only be completed during the week. Of course, This means that not only do I need to take off of work, but now I have to also have someone else take off of work to give me a ride home. None of this was convenient or acceptable in my opinion. This is where the good customer service comes in. Mark Rogers at Valley VW Went above and beyond and agreed to accommodate me on a Saturday so I could arrange transportation home, and not have to take off work. Once at the dealership, Mark was very professional and pleasant to work with and made the entire transaction a walk in the park (did I mention that I did all of this with a broken leg). From the time we walked in the door at the dealership, we were greeted, offered water, and made to feel very comfortable while we waited to start the process. Every member of their team that we came in contact with was very personable and made you feel like you have known them forever. Mark, thank you for all that you did to make sure this transaction took place at a time that was convenient for me and thank you for making it painless. I will say that because of my experience, we will take our future VW business back to Staunton regardless of the over 1 hr drive because these guys do customer service the RIGHT way! More

I had been unhappy with the GM vehicle that we had for a while and was just going in to look. Brian was a huge help to us when it came to purchasing the vehicle. The whole team was great to work with. I would recommend them to anyone. For the best buying experience I would certainly go to Valley Volkswagen. They have awesome vehicles and great staff.
