Truck was ready when they said I had the truck in for a recall concerning the gas tank bracket. I dropped it off on a Tuesday evening and was told I could pick it up Wednesday aft I had the truck in for a recall concerning the gas tank bracket. I dropped it off on a Tuesday evening and was told I could pick it up Wednesday afternoon. Wednesday Kenny called and said the truck was ready, I asked him to leave the keys in it and lock it as I would be after closing and had my set. We don't drive the truck everyday and when we went to drive it the following Tuesday we realized we didn't have the other keys. I called and spoke with Kenny and he said the keys were there and wasn't aware the truck had been gone close to a week. When I came in I spoke with him, expressed my concerns and he apologized. We have always brought our truck to Billy Craft and will continue to do so. More

When I bought the car I bought an warranty with it, that is supposed to cover a variety of issues. Anyone who has dealt with a warranty company knows that they are no eager to approve claims. Whether or not you get a claim approved often comes down to how hard your service advisor is willing to work and my Kenny was awesome. I know how difficult warranty company's can be and Kenny worked hard on my behalf to get the claim approved, I only had to pay the warranty deductible of $100, on a $1500 repair. No all service advisors would have went through the trouble. I greatly appreciate it. The car runs great and Kenny was polite and responsive at all times, I will definitely have my future service done there. More
