Concern with positive outcome I arrived to have my car serviced for traction and ABS lit display. On arrival I was greatly kindly and assured that I would know what was going on wi I arrived to have my car serviced for traction and ABS lit display. On arrival I was greatly kindly and assured that I would know what was going on with my car. A short time later I was advised of the concern, which was the same displayed at the local auto parts store on their computer. I was advised of the parts and labor but also a concerning $90 charge for the diagnostic service. This is concerning for a few reasons, one the price because the local auto parts store accomplished the same in 5 minutes for free, but mainly because I was never advised on arrival that the diagnosis would even be charged. I was not going to pay $90 extra dollars, plus labor equaling $240+ for a $25 part. The service tech returned shortly with an apology for the inconvenience and would not charge me for the diagnosis due to no advisement. The reason for the 5 star review is because the problem was quickly discovered and corrected and I was able to have my car serviced. Mistakes happen and most dealerships would have continued to take advantage of a situation that was their mistake, instead I was treated fairly. Thank you to the service tech that corrected my problems, I will return for this reason. More

Our Chrysler Voyager needed five steering racks during our ownership of six years and during the warranty period. Fortunately, we had purchsed an extended warranty that covered the previous four. On rack number five the warranty had finally expired. We contacted Chrysler, which agreed to pay for half of the new rack (they should have paid for all of it as it was demonstrably defective - again). Chrysler communicated with Billy Craft Chrysler Jeep to handle the repair. When I made the appoointment, the Service Manager intervened and refused to honor the agreement leaving us to pay for the entire repair. The staff appeared shocked but could do nothing - nor could Chrysler. The van now appears to need another steering rack. Thank you Billy Craft Chrysler Jeep for defective customer service on a defective product. More
