I use this dealership for virtually all my Jeep service need Over the last 5-6 years I have used Billy Craft Jeep exclusively for all the service needs of my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I have found that their se Over the last 5-6 years I have used Billy Craft Jeep exclusively for all the service needs of my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I have found that their service department is very efficient, helpful, and friendly. I usually leave my Jeep for the day rather than wait for service however, if you wait for your vehicle to be serviced you'll find their waiting area very comfortable and customer friendly. They are typical of a dealership in that they are pricey. I am sure you could get work done less expensive at other local "shops" and you may get a good job. My strong preference is to go with the special trained personal at a dealership specific to my vehicle. At least for me the extra expense a "value" well worth the price to make sure the work is done correctly, and backed completely. I highly recommend them! Larry More
