Taking care of Jeep Liberty recall I received a notice in the mail that my Jeep liberty was being recalled to fix a safety issue. I called the dealer to set an appointment but they sai I received a notice in the mail that my Jeep liberty was being recalled to fix a safety issue. I called the dealer to set an appointment but they said they did not have the parts yet but would call when they arrived They did call a couple of weeks later to say they had the parts and set up an appointment. I arrived on time and was told that it would take about 2 hours to complete. I waited in their customer lounge, had some coffee and donuts and in less than an hour a service rep came in and said the Jeep was ready. Good, courteous, fast service. They under promised and over delivered. More

Easy and efficient I recently got messages that my vehicle had a couple of recalls. I had some trouble using the online scheduling system, and ended up calling to make I recently got messages that my vehicle had a couple of recalls. I had some trouble using the online scheduling system, and ended up calling to make an appointment. In June, a belt on my passenger side door was grinding. A part was ordered, and I was told they would notify me when it came in. I never got the notification, or if I did, I was out of the country. When I returned to the US, I needed to call in order to find out about the part. The situation was not a problem, but I was left wondering. Other than those two issues, I have no complaints about the service that I receive at this business. They do a terrific job! More

I was told that it was not under warranty even though I had asked for it to be before. I said fine, I will pay for it. When I picked up my Jeep it had not been fixed and I was treated as if it were my fault and that I needed to go to parts to order the part. I went over to parts and they said that they had plenty of them because it was a common item. I went back over to my service adviser and he asked if I would like to go ahead and pay for it even though I could not wait on it. Duh! I said I would pay for it when it was done and would have to make another appointment. I have been thinking of using another dealership to do my work from here on out.. I have been very disappointed in Craft. More
