I will never go there again. I made a appt to have my vehicle serviced. After 8 hours of my car being there they did not fix it because they did not have the part. I did let them know prior to appt what I needed done. Ok so they said part would be in tomorrow. 2 weeks later I get a call said the part was in. They said they forgot to call.... By then I decided to go else where. But I let them know I needed my warranty paperwork back and he said he would mail it to save me a trip. A week later I called back because I never recieved it. They said it was no where to be found and the man I spoke to no longer works there. More

Phillip let me know what I had a warranty repair completed - my service advisor is Phillip Fallen. I was able to easily schedule the repair online. Phillip let me know what was diagnosed as the issue and what they did to diagnose it. The part was ordered on a Friday and arrived on Monday and the repair was completed on Monday.
