Unresolved Radio Issue I have been been dealing with Billy Craft Jeep service for several years and have always felt good about the service and their work. I recently purchased a new Jeep Wrangler and have been having radio issues from the start. I have had it back 6 times and it had not been resolved. I had delt with several different people and felt at times that my concerns were not important. On my recent number 7 visit I felt better about the way it was handled and the way I was treated. I have delt with Zach on my last few visits and he has been very helpful, courteous and professonial in the handling of my issue. Hopefully the work performed this time will resolve the radio issue. All lights on. Brakes grinding. Almost put me off for week which would not be good. This is second time it has done this. I had a 2013 Jeep and never had problem. much better I have had bad experiences here, so I have refused to use them anymore. But this was a recall so I took it in. Always excellent service I used to hate having to go to car dealers for service but Billy Craft Chrysler and Billy Craft Hyundai changed all that. The service is always promp I used to hate having to go to car dealers for service but Billy Craft Chrysler and Billy Craft Hyundai changed all that. The service is always prompt and excellent and we're always treated like family. This last service was for a car detailing. Even though I picked it up and drove it home in the rain, I could tell it was a very nice detailing job. It's great having this service available again, it's so much better than any car wash facility in the area. More
