very good I was looking for a suv for my wife,looking to trade my 2012 chrysler with 24000 miles.I had did my research and had what I felt was a fair trade in v I was looking for a suv for my wife,looking to trade my 2012 chrysler with 24000 miles.I had did my research and had what I felt was a fair trade in value on my car.I had looked at a few other places and basically they wanted me to "give" them my trade in ....even though it was low mile,garage kept in excellent condition.Billy Craft had no problem giving me what I "needed" on my trade in. Ottis Brown was very relatable and easy to work with/talk to....had alot of knowledge about modern cars... .I left feeling ok/good about the transaction.....that hasnt always been the case when I have traded cars in the past.
