Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership very bad service. I bought a 2010 Jeep Wrangler on 5/14/22 and got to pick it up on 6/4/22 because they had to fix a minor issue they woul dealership very bad service. They couldn’t even fix it they had to send it to a Jeep dealership and they fixed it. When I finally picked it up on a Saturday the stereo didn’t work but it did just fine when I test drove it in 5/14/22. So my salesman said I’d have to drop it off tomorrow 6/8/22 so they can look at it but xxxx I’m afraid they’ll have it for another week or two. This place was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had and I’m 45 years old my salesman was Kevin and he acted like I was a pain in his xxx when I went to pick it up and the radio didn’t work he walked off shaking his head and said I would have to take it back sometime this week which ended up being tomorrow the eighth but I’m not quite sure I even want to drop it off now it has been a very bad experience and my salesman did not have the best attitude he made it seem like he just wanted me to take the jeep and leave him alone so I think I’m just going to keep my jeep and end up spending a little bit of money and having a stereo shop put a stereo in it for me just to avoid all the waving around and not having my jeep I’m not saying all of the salesman’s or like this but I would definitely not use Kevin More
We DID NOT buy a vehicle. We corresponded for (3) days about the Chevy Traverse. We scheduled an appointment for Saturday4/16. CALLED AHEAD. Confirmed it was on the lot, and arrived with $12,000.00, to make down payment. When I arrived KEVIN had the vehicle gassed and pulled up front, for me to test drive. Awesome!! I WAS THERE WITH 100% INTENTION OF PURCHASING VEHICLE. While Kevin decided to "chit-chat" about the vehicle, another salesman took the keys and let another customer test drive the vehicle, ahead of me. We had to wait for them to return, and the other customer left the dealership. Once I finally "got my turn", I told Kevin, point blank, I am buying this car. I took the test drive, and went to pick up my husband, and son. While we were on the test drive, the other customer decided to come back, and the "other salesman" had them sign. "Sorry the car has been sold, I need the keys back." "If you like I have some other options here on the lot." Mark a base model vehicle $9000 above MSRP. when i called them out on it they reduced the mark up by $2500 and also reduced the value of my trade-in. Luis Mercado was my sales person and Felix was my financial man. These 2 worked so well to get me the best deal possible. Last year I traded in 2 vehicles to get a 2021 White Honda Accord. I had a very poor experience with them and I don’t trust them. They lied to me a few years ago saying that if you put a down payment on a lease it transfers over to the next vehicle. After a few times up there I still feel like they will say anything to make a sale. But the service crew is great. More
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They should all be charged as criminals for their practices they tell the customers. Their service department charged me for work they didn’t even do. We’re talking about $5000. I paid to have the catalytic converter replaced along with some other work. They did a terrible job on the other work and didn’t even replace the catalytic converter. Even when I have a receipt from them showing all parts and labor were paid for. The work they didn’t do was verified by a ASE mechanic at another shop. They told me there was NO way that the catalytic converter was ever replaced. I guess this is why the “check engine” light stayed on after I paid and picked it up. When I called the service rep back he said he didn’t know why the light would still be on and said I’d have to pay for another diagnostic. Keep in my they are supposed guarantee their work, parts, and whatever else lies they say they guarantee. Stay away from this place, especially if you are a female. They will prey on your vulnerability of not knowing. I’ve reported them to the better business bureau. Unbelievable More

Horrible experience with the service department. Took my honda in for oil change, tire rotation/balance and inspection. They Broke my oil pan and then took 5 days to fix it. I had to call each day for a progress report and it was one excuse after another. They did give me a loaner car. The service department at this dealership has really gone down hill in the last couple of years and don't care about customer service. I am no longer a Honda fan and that's sad because I owned honda's for 25 years. More
