Purchased a brand new 2021 Honda CRV a year and half ago. On 10/14/2022 we were driving down the highway when the sunroof exploded. Did some research on this and it was learned that this is an issue Honda has known about and there is actually a class action lawsuit in court against them about this issue. I called service at Burleson Honda and was advised that in all 2 years' experience this service advisor has had, he has never heard of that and that I needed to make a claim with my insurance. This is not an accident, nothing hit our sunroof. This is a manufacturer issue with Honda! Yet you leave your customer with the cost of repair for your shotty equipment. I will not take my car back to Burleson Honda for something as small as an oil change. Your experts with all those years of experience need to do some research about the products they represent. More

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership very bad service. I bought a 2010 Jeep Wrangler on 5/14/22 and got to pick it up on 6/4/22 because they had to fix a minor issue they woul dealership very bad service. I bought a 2010 Jeep Wrangler on 5/14/22 and got to pick it up on 6/4/22 because they had to fix a minor issue they wouldn’t tell me what it was. They couldn’t even fix it they had to send it to a Jeep dealership and they fixed it. When I finally picked it up on a Saturday the stereo didn’t work but it did just fine when I test drove it in 5/14/22. So my salesman said I’d have to drop it off tomorrow 6/8/22 so they can look at it but xxxx I’m afraid they’ll have it for another week or two. This place was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had and I’m 45 years old my salesman was Kevin and he acted like I was a pain in his xxx when I went to pick it up and the radio didn’t work he walked off shaking his head and said I would have to take it back sometime this week which ended up being tomorrow the eighth but I’m not quite sure I even want to drop it off now it has been a very bad experience and my salesman did not have the best attitude he made it seem like he just wanted me to take the jeep and leave him alone so I think I’m just going to keep my jeep and end up spending a little bit of money and having a stereo shop put a stereo in it for me just to avoid all the waving around and not having my jeep I’m not saying all of the salesman’s or like this but I would definitely not use Kevin More
