A week later I was looking at my normal service receipt and noticed I paid to replace an engine air filter $74.95 on a Honda Accord. I should have bought one off Amazon for $11.00. Was going to look at getting tires there for my car - but after seeing this - no thank you. More
Came in to look at a used car yesterday for cash, manager heard my situation and came out with a car he thought would fit me perfectly sounds good right? Except I had seen this car online, and they were aski heard my situation and came out with a car he thought would fit me perfectly sounds good right? Except I had seen this car online, and they were asking $7k over the normal asking price for a regular used 2017 Honda Accord. Do not give these conmen your money, especially if you are paying in cash. They will waste your time and spit directly in your face for trying to get a deal that is worth your money. I wasted three hours at this dealership begging them to give me a price, yet it seems all they care about at the end of the day is screwing you over to the best of their ability. I left directly after they came out with that price, try starting negotiations with a price that makes logical sense! Hope this helps! More

BEWARE: Do not do business with Burleson Honda. Their advertised slogan is "their name has become synonymous with honesty and integrity," but nothing could be farther from the truth. We inquired Their advertised slogan is "their name has become synonymous with honesty and integrity," but nothing could be farther from the truth. We inquired about a Ridgeline in the morning, and when we arrived later that day, the price had "magically" increased. When we asked them to honor the original price, which I have screenshots of, the manager Kevin not only refused but also insisted on adding a $2,000 fee for "getting the vehicle ready." Kevin said they can change pricing at their discretion and that what the ad says doesn't matter. Who owns this business? I would suggest changing your marketing strategy and sending Kevin to management training. My $40,000 will go to someone who stands by honesty and integrity. More
I was approved for 338- 368$ A month a new car owner, By myself without my husband. They asked me to have a cosigner because my paycheck stubs didn’t amount to what was needed… but If you add my paycheck st myself without my husband. They asked me to have a cosigner because my paycheck stubs didn’t amount to what was needed… but If you add my paycheck stubs up, I make so and so amount of money. They insisted that I didn’t make that much money, and that the numbers that I added up were not correct. Then asked me to have a cosigner. Thank goodness, my husband was willing to do it, because why not it would benefit both of us. I drag my husband up there before work to fill out some credit stuff. For them to come at me with a $398 a month payment on the car that we agreed to that was cheaper alone. Even not making the amount of money, they can physically see on my paycheck. So now I got a cosigner they wanted me to get that made my payments higher than they were supposed to be. Brought a packet for us to sign. In the middle of a signing the packet, they said hold on this is the wrong packet. They ran away for about 30 minutes came back and asked me to come outside of the dealership and brought up a completely different car that we were signing for they agreed-upon for 398 a month we were making a deal on and asked me if this is the car I really wanted because that’s all I could afford. Give or take I am putting down 20% And I make more than the car cost in one year. At that point me and my husband were pretty much over it. I asked them to send me a list of cars For me to be able to buy because I will not buy a car that I didn’t research. The manager and him Said OK they tried the ol Switcheroo! I guess I wasn’t good enough of a client for them. More

Honda Of Burleson wants to charge MSRP for their vehicles. (I know the new norm) They added a Pro Pack they say can not be removed and always ordered with all Honda vehicles for a $1,984.00 upcharge vehicles. (I know the new norm) They added a Pro Pack they say can not be removed and always ordered with all Honda vehicles for a $1,984.00 upcharge; mud flaps, tint, locking lug nuts, and a trunk liner mat. Then they added a Market Adjustment Fee over the MSRP sticker price for another $4,995.00. After talking and relating the two upcharges is unrealistic and just crazy, they offered a $3,000.00 discount because I AM LOCAL. I told them to drop that Pro Pack and the Market Adjustment Fee and they have a deal. They related they could not do that. So we walked out and politely related it was not a fair deal. More
This dealership does not want to sell you a car. They had (and still do) a Highlander that I was ready to purchase. I offered $20,000 cash on a $46,000 vehicle to hold the car until I could get there in 4 days. I live 800+ miles away and work. I spoke to numerous sales people, sales managers, an executive assistant, Delilah in the General Manager's office (Mr. Rasmussen), and no one would take my money or hold the car until I could get there on the weekend. Delilah promised to call me back within 24 hours of my call and I still have not heard a word from her. I've called her several times and my call was not answered. I did receive an email from the General Manager tell me it could be done and they'd even deliver the car to me if needed, but I'm still waiting. My credit was pre-approved and my bank was ready to sign a check, but they would not deal with me. I do not understand why there is NO customer service with this dealership. More
