Mazda dealership not helpful nor honest. Made an hour drive to the dealership on 17August2024. My daughter found a Mazda CX-30 she liked. Due to a fire alarm just before close of business we decided to put a deposit on the car and return to pick it up on Monday 19August2024. On Monday the sales rep, Preston said we couldn’t leave with the car that day due to the dealership being so busy. They couldn’t finalize the registration paperwork or detail the car. We decided to pull out of the deal and have been waiting for the $500 deposit to be refunded since 19AUG2024. After multiple communications with the sales associate, Preston and no resolution I attempted to contact a sales manager named Peter. I left a few voicemails with no response. Dealing with this dealership has been inconvenient and frustrating. More
