Purchased a 2025 Mazda CX-30 SUV was purchased after all the snow we had. Car was never looked over before I drove it off the lot. There is a nice scratch on my SUV that Mazda has not fixed and is denying. Came in to have it fixed and all they did was paint over it. Looks horrible. Also Mazda financial is like the blind leading the blind. They took 3 months worth of a car payment. I called 3 times! Every time I was told something different. Get it together Mazda as I will now not recommend Mazda to anyone. Im left fixing the scratch on my car. Make sure you look over your car before driving it of the lot! Would not recommend Mazda. Very bad experience and very disheartened with this dealership and with Mazda financial. Do better! More

I have bought 3 cars at Burdick Mazda since 2006. I always service my cars at Burdick. That includes buying, mounting, and storing snow tires and rims from them. They are truly excellent in all respe I always service my cars at Burdick. That includes buying, mounting, and storing snow tires and rims from them. They are truly excellent in all respects. Each time I bring my car in for service, they do a video inspection of the engine, brakes, and under carriage. They fix what's needed, they do it right, on time, and the waiting area is like a modern airport lounge where I can get my work done while I wait. I have never felt taken advantage of. The sales staff is equally competent, respectful, friendly, and effective. Even though the last two cars I wanted were not in Burdick's inventory and at another local dealer. In all sales, I was treated fairly, got a good deal, and was more than satisfied with my purchase. I deliberately ordered my last 2 cars from Burdick's because of the outstanding service. Meghan Russo in Service and Ken Bryant in Sales do a great job! More
