My wife and I recommend Burdick Hyundai and Donnie, the sales person, was great. He took care of the details for us. We are happy with the deal we got on our trade-in and on our new 2025 Tucson Hybrid. We sales person, was great. He took care of the details for us. We are happy with the deal we got on our trade-in and on our new 2025 Tucson Hybrid. We live in Ithaca, but the drive to Cicero was worth it to get the car and the service we wanted. Thank you Donnie! More

Amazing Experience. Thomas Quinn is my Hero. I’ve been looking for the exact 1985 RX7 for years. This one from your dealership is incredible with only 25,677 miles on Thomas Quinn is my Hero. I’ve been looking for the exact 1985 RX7 for years. This one from your dealership is incredible with only 25,677 miles on it! I’m 72 yrs old and hope to have a few more years to enjoy it. If the Good Lord has a different plan for me, I’ll die with a smile on my face having owned a similar car to the one I bought new in 1985 when I was a young buck. What a chick magnet! (Not PC, sorry). The best part is it’ll go to my son who loves cars as much as I do. Heck, his kids one day will be driving it. And he’s only 21 so that’s a long way off! Thomas, you’ve made an old Navy Veteran very very happy! God Bless You All! Jared Cahill jaredycahill@aol.com 214 960-0761 More
Generally the service is quite good BUT the mechanical inspection video on my smart phone displayed LAST YEAR's mechanical inspection and NOT this year's inspection. Fortunately, Meghan allowed me to vie inspection video on my smart phone displayed LAST YEAR's mechanical inspection and NOT this year's inspection. Fortunately, Meghan allowed me to view the current mechanical inspection on her computer. The services performed were good BUT during the inspection, the mechanic indicated that both front & rear brakes needed to be replaced BUT the inspection revealed that the front brake discs were 3 mm & the rear brake discs were 4 mm. According to the written Mazda Inspection Report, this would have indicated that both brakes were in the YELLOW 20%-50% range YET BOTH were recommended to be replaced. According to the back of the inspection report, YELLOW range is supposed to mean the items were showing normal wear & tear but are not likely to fail before the next scheduled maintenance interval. I decided to replace the front brakes even though, technically, the mechanic did not indicate the front brakes were BELOW 3 MM which would mandate replacement. I'm sure your mechanics are paid quite well & thus they would be able to pay for total brake replacement and yawn BUT I am retired on a fixed income, do not use my vehicle regularly and need to carefully budget my expenses. I would have appreciated a more accurate & balanced assessment of the true state of my brakes as one can certainly get the impression that your mechanic is recommending repair work that didn't absolutely have to be done. He also spoke very fast and in very low tones that were difficult for me to hear. Also, the written inspection report indicates that the front brakes are Above 5mm Disc thus their condition is equal or greater than 50% on the report. This written report may just reflect the new brakes just installed today and not the actual used brakes showing 3 mm of disc wear but again, this can leave one with the impression that unnecessary work was simply recommended to boost repair fees. I did not actually see the written inspection report until I paid my repair bill. I did choose to believe the video report of the actual brake condition rather than the written inspection report. It may well be the practice of your shop to indicate the actual state of the vehicle AFTER all repairs are done but, if so, that is not clear on the report as it indicates "Inspection Result" which would imply what was found when the vehicle was inspected & NOT after repairs are completed. I am quite happy with the brake repairs as the car does certainly break better now! More
